We’re excited to share our recent work at the Diabetic Foot Australia Conference 2019 (September 8-10 2019) as the Exhibition Partner.

Diabetic Foot Australia  chose to work with Rogue Create + Print for the quality range of design, print and exhibition services we can provide conference managers and event management companies alike.

As a boutique event located at Brisbane city’s latest destination hot spot, Howard Smith Wharves, the conference organisers wanted something bespoke and memorable and that would both engage and encourage exhibitors and delegates alike to book their spot at the conference.

Importantly, the conference team wanted to stray away from the usual shell scheme ‘boxed in’ partition walls. They loved our tension fabric exhibition build displays and media walls and wanted to use these to develop a trade show space that is both open and every single booth looks professional and well designed – and with the added value of the exhibitor being able to keep the walls as part of their trade package.

The huge benefit of the walls was that each exhibitor could either submit their own artwork or utilise a ‘default’ style created by us utilising their logo/s and company colours.  No drab posters, cluttered walls and inconsistent messaging – we worked hard to ensure every single vendor had the highest quality outcome. And the results speak for themselves!

So, our talented design team worked with the conference last year to first develop an incredible conference branding and identity system for all print and digital touch-points.

From there, we designed and planned the trade show exhibition wall solution for 20 exhibitors, which was managed with the conference team over 12 months and up to bump in and out. We developed the partnership prospectus, exhibitor manual and associated forms and a custom online portal for exhibitors. Scroll down for the image gallery.

In addition, multiple exhibitors chose to work with us to customise their display, including the premium partner, who we developed a custom designed and printed 4Mx6M display and branded areas around the conference. The set up was completed in a fraction of the time to some other exhibitors who used the more traditional custom build set up. Our solution was also a fraction of the price – but not of quality or wow factor!

Conference collateral: we designed and printed the Conference Handbooks – saddle stitched to a custom square size, conference name badges designed and printed on our Never Tear digituff stock complete with data merge so client only had to submit a CSV file.

And we didn’t stop there!

We designed, printed and assembled a range of items across the conference location for a consistently branded event that was modern, fun and engaging – delivered on time and on budget, and exactly on brief to client requirements.

The conference registrations and exhibitor spaces all sold out, and feedback from all has been overwhelmingly positive and most exhibitors are now looking to continue working with us on future events and projects.
