Paul recently helped our local soccer club from start to finish with the design, printing and successful shipping of our products within a very short time frame. He was very helpful, attentive to emails with responses immediately to my requests, and most of all was very polite while doing so. I have never used this company in the past but I am most definitely happy to use them more in the future. It was most definitely some of the BEST customer service I have ever received. Hands down.
Fantastic customer service and great value for money. My print job (postcards for a public art project) came out beautifully — top quality. I only required a small print run, so I wasn't expecting a lot of interaction. But Shelley went above and beyond: she was super helpful, took time to answer all my questions, provided options for me to consider, and made everything so easy. Turnaround was quick, too. If you need a printing service, I highly recommend this business.

I was put in contact with Shelley and Paul by a family member after having an unsatisfactory print job by a different company. I could tell before I even received my samples that my experience with them would be different - they were able to offer design guidance and expertise that I didn’t receive elsewhere, the samples I received were fantastic and miles beyond other print samples I had received from different companies. General Manager
With a 10 year background in Sales and Marketing in the food industry up to the level of Sales and Marketing Director, Paul made the obvious switch to operating a print business in 2007?! With over 15 years of experience now working with all things print, he is in the unique position to be able to work with clients at all levels of their business to develop cost effective solutions that suit their requirements, and exceed their expectations. Paul has worked with his team to develop a client base in excess of 1100 businesses - from very small, to major corporate and Government organisations. With over 5000 contacts across those businesses, the team knows through the example that Paul sets, that every single contact with every client is equally important, no matter how big or small the job being presented.
Kathy
Print Specialist
Kathy started in the Print Industry back in 1982 when everything was still carved in stone. "No computers back then and our trade was made up of Typesetters, Commerical Artists, Compositors/Layout Artist and Printers. I hold trade certificates in all. Now they’re called Graphic Designers and they don’t know how easy they have it these days". Kathy has extensive experience in the offset print and digital print industry and is still here 40 years later, you think she would’ve had a career change by now!
Shelley
Graphic Designer + Digital Marketing
Shelley is a tertiary qualified graphic designer with professional development and special interest in branding, web design, illustration and search engine marketing. She joined Rogue in 2018 as our Digital Marketing Manager and Graphic and Web Designer and launched our web design division, Rogue Web Design, in 2020. Before going Rogue, Shelley was the Branding & Communications Coordinator for the Wound Management Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) for 6 years until it's wind-up. In 2014 she re-branded the CRC and consequently developed several successful start-up brands, managing all in-house branding and communication activities from print to digital. She brings this knowledge and experience to compliment Rogue’s print and design services and provide our clients with a full suite of print to digital solutions. Whilst she joined the team in 2018, most people will say she’s been going Rogue for some time....
Brian
Graphic Designer
I'm Brian Bonguyan, a graduate in BS Information Technology and a seasoned professional in the realms of graphic and web design. My journey in the creative sphere began in 2012, where I embarked on a fulfilling career as an in-house graphic and web designer. Armed with a robust background in Information Technology, I seamlessly blend technical knowledge with a keen eye for design aesthetics. My experience spans a spectrum of projects, from crafting visually engaging graphics to developing intuitive and user-friendly websites.
Nick
Print Production Specialist
Nick truly is one of the last “real” printers. In the early 1980s, Nick gained his trade qualification as an off-set printer and worked his way from the role of Press Operator to Print Room Supervisor before moving over to become a digital press operator in 2007. Nick has operated every piece of sheet fed print production equipment imaginable, from CD 10 Colour Perfector presses that are 40 metres long, to 5 metre long Black and White digital printers, to multi-platform multi-feed booklet makers, to guillotines and automated cutters. For the last 9 years, including during his time at Rogue, Nick has excelled in managing all facets of a digital production print business and the associated team members that work with him to ensure a seamless flow from enquiry, to job, to production and on to despatch, every single time.
Fergus
Print + Mail Finishing
With over 15 years experience on the print room floor, Fergus brings to Rogue expertise in all areas of print finishing and mailroom operations, and ensures that all jobs are correctly trimmed, scored, folded, packaged and in a courier to you - on time.
