At Rogue Create and Print, we have been dying to tell you about our new Custom Die Cut Printing products and service.

For years, Rogue have produced custom die cut printed items like door hangers, presentation folders, baggage tags, custom packaging, keg collars and brochure covers. Until now, we have used traditional print methods. Methods where we print, have a custom knife made to match your shape and die cut your product on our Heidelberg Cylinder. 

But not anymore!! Rogue have invested in some incredible new technology!

Whilst we will still be using traditional methods for longer runs of die cut items, our new technology will allow us to print and die cut smaller runs. This new approach to die cutting is incredibly cost effectively, with no need to spend hundreds of dollars on getting a new knife (or die) made for each unique new shape.

Now, Rogue Create and Print can offer truly cost effective solutions for short run die cut print requirements!! And we can’t wait for our clients to test it out.

What die cutting can we do?

Well……

Do you want to test the market with a new product and need professional packaging? But only want a quantity of 50? Then we are the team for you. 

Do you want to make the cover of your next booklet or brochure that little bit fancier with a custom die cut cover that shows a design on the inside? But only want 100 copies? – that’s simple! 

Are you sick of being told that you can’t have custom printed presentation folders unless you order a quantity of 250? But only need 50 that are specific to a particular project?  Well, Rogue can help.

What shapes and sizes can you cut?

Any shape that fits on a 660mm x 320mm sheet. No matter how obscure.

Whatever you can imagine – we can print it and precision die cut it, providing you with an outstanding outcome at an incredible price, and on any stock up to 400gsm.
