Q: What materials are ring binders made of?

Standard binders are generally made from durable and tough PVC or polypropylene with clear pockets on the covers or internal pockets, which can be fully encapsulated. We can also produce custom wrapped binders that are made of a board lined with with full CMYK printed celloglazed sheets or buckram (buckram can be full CMYK print, or foiled). The print can be lined both outside and inside the folder.

Total quantity
Size of the folder (A5, A4, A3 landscape or portrait, etc)
How many rings (2, 3, 4 or lever arch etc)
Round or D shaped ring
Type of cover (full wrap one or both sides, sheet insert, encapsulated, etc).
Spine size/internal capacity (i.e. 16mm, 20mm, 30mm etc)
